A new group starting this Tuesday at 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the clubhouse. We will have a brand new scale and a weight form for your private use if you want to weigh yourself. It is not a requirement. We can exchange ideas regarding eating healthy and recipes. Encouragement, accountability, motivation and a healthier life style are the main goals. Everyone is welcome.
