NCL is the hot place to be…last night’s Hoedown was a big hit!!! Thanks to everyone who made it such as success!
The Annual Owners meeting and Board of Directors elections, to include several other decisions that Owners will be making, will be in March. We have eight candidates running for five seats this year. James “Bud” Fitzgerald, Wanda Fox, Gary Minor, Debra Ogborn, Deb Schoenherr, Daniel Scopano, Ellen Thomas, and John Whitney are our candidates. This is YOUR park, please take the time to get to know these individuals. If you rent your lot, please talk to your renters who are here and ask them their opinions. We want our guests to return and to do so you need to help elect the best people to the NCL Board.
Good news for the laundry. We will be receiving four new Speed Queen washing machines by Friday of next week 02/05.
Trash Talk…We have had issues with our trash pick up the last two weeks. Our understanding is that Advanced Services has merged, or been purchased, by FDS and apparently has been having transition issues. Both Jenny and Bill have been in contact and the company has assured that the problem will be solved.
Recently batteries have been placed up by the dumpsters; this is not the correct way to dispose of your batteries. Mr. Beasley of Beasley Auto in Inglis, just over the bridge on the right hand side, said he would take old batteries. If the shop is not open, place your batteries in front of the building by the doors, but please do not block the doors.
Jerry Boucher has volunteered to dispense propane on Saturdays and Sundays, November thru March, for one hour only, 11 am to 12pm. This is only in affect during periods of extreme cold weather. All sales must be paid by check only, NO cash. You can call Jerry (352)-436-7935. Please do not abuse Jerry’s kindness. This is just another way that Jerry is here to protect and serve this community.
